Micol Alexandria Chiesa is a doctoral student at the Smith School of Enterprise and the Environment at the University of Oxford. She studies under the supervision of Prof Gordon Clark. Her work focuses on corporate environmental management in the consumer products industry and specifically on the effects of M&A on corporate performance during different phases of growth. She is an observer for the Green Bonds Principles and a member of the Strategic Management Society, the Alliance for Research on Corporate Sustainability, and the Association of Environmental and Resource Economists. She holds a Master’s degree in International Economics from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s degree in Diplomatic Studies from the University of Bologna.
